How to Make Crescent Brie Bites
1. Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
2. Prepare the Dough
Unroll the crescent dough and gently press the seams together.
Cut the dough into 24 small squares.
Place one square into each mini muffin cup and gently press it down to form a small cup.
3. Add the Brie
Cut the Brie into 24 small pieces.
Place one piece of cheese in the center of each dough cup.
You can leave the rind on if you prefer, or remove it for a smoother filling.
4. Add the Fruit Preserves
Place a small spoonful of cranberry sauce, raspberry jam, apricot preserves, or another fruit spread on top of each piece of Brie.
Don't overfill them, because the filling can bubble over while baking.
5. Bake Until Golden
Bake for about 10–15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and golden and the Brie is melted.
Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
